I think being totally aware of what I am eating, and writing it down here is just enough to help me pay attention to my intake without triggering obsessive food thoughts like weighing, measuring, and calorie counting does. So I am leaving this post up and editing it as the day goes on to include my intake. Might even update it for a few days until Sunday weigh in. So even if you think you already read this post, it'll be changing and updating as I eat.
I will try to be more specific for those who asked, but I am not weighing and measuring my food.
Friday
Breakfast:
black decaf coffee
fresh juice from a juice bar (I watched them make it) containing 1/2 cucumber, bunch of kale, half a lime, 5 celery stalks, and a Granny Smith apple.
5 or 6 raspberries
Lunch:
1 bratwurst, sliced onion and a big handful of spinach sauteed in about a teaspoon of avocado oil
iced coffee with stevia and a splash of half and half
